
Yesterday, protesters in Tafawa Balewa Town are continuing their stand against the detention of their Paramount Ruler, Air Commodore Ishaku Komo Gungzaar. They are vowing to keep the town shut down until his release is secured. Moreover, they are warning that anyone involved in his detainment will be banned from entering the town for good. It is clear that these protesters are determined to ensure their leader’s freedom and will not rest until their demands are met.
The incident was said to have emanated from the coronation of a Hamlet Head of Sang Community, alleged to have been performed by the Selected Gung Zaar, Ishaku Komo.

The situation has caused a lot of tension in the region and people are afraid of what might happen and they are also afraid of the repercussions that the situation might bring if it is not solved as soon as possible.
The people of the community have also vowed to continue to protest and to block the roads until their demands are met and they have also made it known that they would not accept anything less than the release of their leader and they have also said that they would not accept any other form of solution.
