They successfully divide the country along religious and ethnic lines creating mistrust among the two major religions all in their quest for power to the detriment of the unity of Nigeria.
However, we are not minorities as they want you to believe rather the Hausa Fulani Muslims found mostly in Northwest Nigeria are the ones that always bring out this misrepresentation of facts secretly to pique us the Northern Christians as the minority.
In a sane country, we are supposed to be more concerned about equity and justice where everyone is given a sense of belonging irrespective of his or her identity.
We are supposed to be more concerned about good governance irrespective of the religion and region of the leaders but APC has proven to Nigerians that religion and region matter most instead credibility.
But the truth is, that the northern Christians are not a minority in terms of the voting population in the middle belt and northeast with a little percentage of indigenous Christian from the northwest.
Simply because northern Christians chose to be used as a tool for winning elections shouldn’t be seen as cowardice and also nobody in the north should be treated as second-class citizens because of his religion or tribe. It’s time to change this narrative of use and dumb.
Anyway, one thing is for sure APC will lose, let Atiku Abubakar pick a southern Christian as a running mate and coast to victory.
We will not vote for a Muslim- Muslim ticket in whatever guise. Know this and know peace.
